Offering a Western take on Eastern approaches to wellness

I hold licenses in both acupuncture and massage from New York State. I combine physical medicine modalities that include orthopedic acupuncture, acupressure, shiatsu, and several decades of experience in martial arts and sports rehabilitative protocols for optimum results.

Many health problems stem from muscular imbalances which constrict nerves and organs.

Once these constrictions are released blood and nutrients can flow and endorphins are released to ease pain , calm the central nervous system and let the body facilitate its own healing. My goal with my sessions are immediate improvement in lowered pain and better range of motion and a feeling of well being.
